The training department of Gienkee Plas Center held the fifth course on Injection Molding and Repairing Technology from Aug 2nd to 16th, 2008 in Gienkee Plas Center. There were 7 companies with total 26 person-time to participate.
Lecturer Peiyuan Li from Gienkee Plas Center and guest lecturers Zongwen Li and Ruqing Li respectively taught on Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electric, Introduction to Maintenance, Process Adjustment, Case Analysis and On-site Repair Operation. All trainees Indeed got something from the 3-day theoretical class and practice. They all passed the exam and were awarded with the certificate on completing the course.

On the demand from the plastic processing enterprises, Gienkee Plas Center specially invited BeiJing Chn-top Machinery Co., Ltd to open the course of Gas Assisted Injection Molding Technology in GPC
G.A.I.M. Technology is a new plastic process technology. That is during the molding cycle, high pressure N2 gas is injected into the plastic melt in the mould cavity at certain pressure and duration, using gas holding instead of the conventional IMM holding to assist the injection molding.
As the media of pressure delivery, the N2 gas will force the melt to fill the cavity on an optimum way and push plastic against the surface of mould cavity under controlled and uniform pressure during plastic solidification and cooling in the mould, which bring unmatched benefits compared to conventional injection molding process and is a revolutionary progress in the plastic injection molding process.
Reducing the internal stress in the plastic parts and eliminating the sink mark on product surface, improving surface quality and reducing the warp of the products, improving the strength, reducing the weight of product, saving raw material, reducing cycle time and improving productivity.
Reducing clamping force and injection pressure for IMM, and reducing the power consumption.
Extending the life time of mould and reducing the production cost from mould.

July 28, 2008, the first ”Gienkee Cup” table tennis game was formally held in the enthusiasm of all people welcoming the Olympic Game. Lessees in Gienkee Plas Center and employees from Gienkee actively enrolled in. Under the principle of Friendship First, Competition Second, they flung themselves into the game body and soul, showing their charm, their high level and style, and won many cheers and applause from the audience.
